RESUMO

A better reconciliation of haze pollution and economic growth has become the social consensus in China. The development of China's economy and air quality will be significantly impacted by its efforts to create high-speed rail (HSR). Based on panel data from 265 prefecture-level cities in China from 2003 to 2019, this paper investigates how the opening of HSR affects the spatial mismatch of haze pollution and economic growth by using the spatial mismatch index model, multi-period difference-in-differences (DID) model, and intermediary effect model. We find that the spatial mismatch in China has an overall decreasing trend. And its spatial agglomeration is dominated by low levels. Further empirical analysis shows that HSR opening can effectively restrain the spatial mismatch. Even after some robustness tests and endogenous treatment, the conclusion is still valid. In addition, population density, FDI, and industrial structure are also explicit factors affecting the spatial mismatch. Second, there is significant heterogeneity in the impact. This is reflected in the fact that HSR opening can suppress the spatial mismatch of service-oriented cities and the eastern region, while other cities and regions have no noticeable effect. Third, spatial transfer of haze pollution (STHP) and balanced development of economic growth (BEG) are two important conduction paths for the opening of HSR to affect the spatial mismatch. Specifically, HSR opening can constrain the spatial mismatch by inhibiting STHP and BEG. Based on the above findings, recommendations related to promoting a better harmony between haze pollution and economic growth are proposed.

RESUMO

With 2008-2020 China's provincial panel data as the research object, we use the entropy weight method to compute green finance and pollution, and we empirically study the scope of the spillover effects and threshold impacts of green finance on environmental pollution using the spatial Durbin model and threshold regression model. The findings are as follows: first, under different spatial weight matrices, green finance has a spatial spillover effect on pollution. And the effect boundary is approximately 500 km. Second, with the low-carbon energy transition, technological progress, and green finance as threshold variables, there are a single threshold, single threshold, and double threshold, respectively, that have significant threshold effects. Third, the spillover and threshold effects of green finance on pollution differ by region. The indirect effect is negative in the eastern region and positive in the central and western regions. There is a single threshold effect of low-carbon energy transition and green finance in the western region, a single threshold effect of green finance in the central region, and a single threshold effect of technological progress in the eastern region. On this basis, we put forward. specific policy recommendations.

RESUMO

Train axlebox bearings are subject to harsh service conditions, and the difficulty of diagnosing compound faults has brought greater challenges to the maintenance of high-quality train performance. In this paper, based on the traditional symplectic geometry mode decomposition (SGMD) algorithm, a maximum spectral coherence signal reconstruction algorithm is proposed to extract the intrinsic connection between the SGMD components with the help of the frequency domain coherence idea and reconstruct the key signal components so as to effectively improve the extraction of composite fault features of axlebox bearings under different speed conditions. Firstly, based on the traditional SGMD algorithm, the vibration signal of the axle box is decomposed to extract its symplectic geometry components (SGCs). Secondly, the spectral coherence coefficient between the SGCs is calculated, and the signal in which the maximum value is located is taken as the key component for the additive reconstruction Finally, the envelope spectrum is used to extract the reconstructed signal fault features. The inner race, outer race, and compound bearing failure vibration signal acquisition under different speed conditions were carried out on the equal scale axlebox bearing failure simulation test bench, and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm was verified based on the axlebox vertical acceleration signal.

RESUMO

In the signal processing of real subway vehicles, impacts between wheelsets and rail joint gaps have significant negative effects on the spectrum. This introduces great difficulties for the fault diagnosis of gearboxes. To solve this problem, this paper proposes an adaptive time-domain signal segmentation method that envelopes the original signal using a cubic spline interpolation. The peak values of the rail joint gap impacts are extracted to realize the adaptive segmentation of gearbox fault signals when the vehicle was moving at a uniform speed. A long-time and unsteady signal affected by wheel-rail impacts is segmented into multiple short-term, steady-state signals, which can suppress the high amplitude of the shock response signal. Finally, on this basis, multiple short-term sample signals are analyzed by time- and frequency-domain analyses and compared with the nonfaulty results. The results showed that the method can efficiently suppress the high-amplitude components of subway gearbox vibration signals and effectively extract the characteristics of weak faults due to uniform wear of the gearbox in the time and frequency domains. This provides reference value for the gearbox fault diagnosis in engineering practice.

RESUMO

Metabolism, transformation and dynamic changes of DNJ, 2-O-α-D-Gal-DNJ, fagomine, isofagomine and 4-O-ß-d-Glc-fagomine from mulberry leaves in silkworms at different instars were observed. UPLC-Q/TOF-MS and UPLC-TQ/MS methods were adopted for qualitative and quantitative analysis respectively. Three species mulberry leaves were used to feed the silkworm as controls. By analyzing and comparing the content changes of DNJ, fagomine and their derivatives in silkworms and silkworm excrement at different instar, we revealed the dynamic changes, confirmed the enrichment effect of the polyhydroxy alkaloids by silkworm, and inferred the conversion process behind this effect. The experimental results indicated that DNJ and its derivatives turned into some intermediate substances in the metabolic process, and finally they converted back and the content increased. Fagomine and its derivatives interconverted into each other in the process, 4-O-ß-d-Glc-fagomine transformed into fagomine, while fagomine transformed into isofagomine.

RESUMO

An ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled with a triple quadrupole mass detection and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry method has been established for the simultaneous determination of the 14 nucleosides and nucleobases, 24 amino acids and two main alkaloids in mulberry leaf. In this method, a complicated mobile phase, the flow rate of which was 0.4 mL/min, was applied to the gradient elution, which provided a satisfied separation of the 40 compounds. The present method was validated, and sufficient reproducibility and accuracy were obtained for the quantitative measurement of the 40 compounds. The method was subsequently applied to ten mulberry leaves and the results showed that almost all of these samples were rich in nucleosides, nucleobases, amino acids, and alkaloids. The proposed method, which is convenient and economical, could serve as a prerequisite for the quality control of mulberry leaf herbs and be applied analogously to other Chinese medicines.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To find out dynamic changes of flavonoids and alkaloids in Morus alba leaves by analyzing influence of different drying method and drying degrees, in order to provide evidence for quality evaluation of Morus alba leaves. METHODS: Different drying methods, programmed temperature methods and constant temperature methods were adopted to dry Morus alba leaves samples respectively. Contents of flavonoids and alkaloids were analyzed by HPLC-PDA and LC-TQ/MS respectively. RESULTS: It's shown obviously that the content of flavonoids were influenced heavily by different drying methods. Methods that suitable for flavonoids were freezing-dried > shade-dried > dried > sun-dried > microwave-dried > infrared-dried; Methods that suitable for alkaloids were freezing-dried > shade-dried > dried > sun-dried > infrared-dried > microwave-dried. The 55 -65 degrees C group was shown to be the lowest in both flavonoids and DNJ while the 85 - 95 degrees C group was shown to be the best for DNJ. For fagomine, the 45 degrees C group was shown to be the lowest concentrations while the 95 - 105 degrees C group was shown to be the highest. Samples with different moisture were shown to be different in content of flavonoids and alkaloids. And samples with 10% moisture contain highest flavonoids while those with 30% - 50% moisture contain lowest flavonoids. Content of DNJ and fagomine raised as moisture decreasing. In addition, the 55 - 65 degrees C group was better than the 95 -105 degrees C one in alkaloids content. CONCLUSION: The results provide optimal drying methods and condition for drying Morus alba leaves, and foundations for uncovering biochemical transform of Morus alba leaves.

RESUMO

To investigate the optimum harvesting time and utilization of mulberry leaves during different growth periods based on the content of alkaloids and flavonoids, 88 samples of 11 species of mulberry leaves were collected and analyzed. UPLC-TQ/MS method was applied and the results showed that the ingredients of alkaloids and flavonoids in mulberry leaves are quite different in different growth periods and different species. There was a sharp decline of the average content of alkaloids in all samples from October, while the content of flavonoids dropped either from October but with less volatile. The content of flavonoids in M. atropurpurea was much higher than alkaloids, while M. australis was opposite completely. There was a sharp decline of alkaloids in M. cathayana and M. mongolica from Tuly to August, however, the content of alkaloids and flavonoids in M. alba is neither too high nor too low. In summary, it is more suitable to harvest tender mulberry leaves harvested from the end of September to beginning of October that provide a scientific evidence for rational harvest and comprehensive utilization of mulberry leaves.
